Job summary

QUASAR MEDICAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Human Resource Specialist to support the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training, HR operations, and compliance.

The role collaborates with employees, managers and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and regulatory adherence. The incumbent will work across disciplines and may focus on specific HR areas while providing backup support where required,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of Human Resource experience, preferably in manufacturing or office settings.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and tax regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for direct labor, indirect labor, staff, and management positions.
• Coordinate postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, references and offers.
• Assist onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment databases, ATS, and hiring reports.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower and hiring plans.
• Support employee engagement, relations, and culture-building initiatives.
• Assist payroll, benefits, and salary review processes.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data accuracy.
• Support HR projects and digitalization efforts.
• Prepare HR documents and reports.
