Job summary

Candidates should hold a Diploma in HRM or BA in Admin, have at least 1 year HR experience (beauty industry experience a plus), possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and be able to work independently. This role offers a 5-day work week and regular office hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
• Min 1 year of HR experience, payroll experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, exits, and performance management.
• Administer HR processes such as data entry, document filing, preparation of employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.
• Assist in monthly payroll preparation.
• Conduct staff orientation sessions and communicate HR policies and matters effectively to employees.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of HR reports and data.
• Support and participate in HR-related projects and provide additional HR assistance as required.
