Job summary

SPA M Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Representative to manage day-to-day human resource operations and ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws. You will handle recruitment, payroll processing, leave and attendance records, PDPA compliance, and work pass administration.

The role also involves coordinating staff training, appraisals and engagement activities, and serving as the first point of contact for staff queries.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews and onboarding
• Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, leave and attendance records
• Maintain employee records and make sure they comply with PDPA
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations through MOM systems
• Make sure the company follows the Employment Act, the Fair Consideration Framework and the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and company policies
• Coordinate staff training, performance appraisals and employee engagement activities
• Act as the first point of contact for employee questions and workplace issues
