Job summary

Aureus Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a strategic People Ops leader to design and run systems that keep a founder-led company accountable to its priorities. You will drive end-to-end projects and adapt as the business scales from Singapore HQ.

The role focuses on performance management, employee ownership, OKR discipline, leadership cadence, and cross-functional initiatives across 400+ teachers and 30 centres. Based in Singapore, close to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years designing and rolling out performance management and levelling systems.
• Backgrounds in people strategy, chief of staff, programme or project management, or multi-site operations.
• Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Design and roll out a multi-tier performance management and career progression system.
• Build and communicate company-wide employee equity programmes.
• Track OKRs and KPIs with clear ownership and regular reporting.
• Maintain leadership cadence with structured 1:1s and check-ins.
• Lead cross-functional projects across benefits, culture and engagement.
• Support senior searches and candidate management.
