Job summary

Quasar Medical in Singapore is seeking a Specialist II, HR to support the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, HR operations and compliance. The role collaborates with managers, staff and external partners to deliver effective HR services that align with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 1-5 years HR experience, a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HRM or Business Administration, and knowledge of Singapore Employment Act.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–5 years HR experience in manufacturing or services.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• HR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
• Support employee relations, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Assist payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data; generate reports.
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other documentation.
