Job summary

Quasar Medical (Singapore) pte.ltd. is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to support end-to-end HR activities across Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Training, HR Operations, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum 1-5 years of Human Resource experience
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and tax regulations preferred
• Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Training, or HR Operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications in HR or related fields are a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for direct labor, indirect labor, staff, and management positions
• Coordinate job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer administration
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
• Maintain recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and hiring reports
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans
• Participate in employer branding and recruitment initiatives
• Support payroll, benefits, leave management, and salary review processes
• Contribute to HR programs and policy development
