Job summary

Singtel Group in Singapore invites an aspiring HR operations professional to join our People Operations team. You will assist with day-to-day HR administrative activities across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring records are accurate and processes run smoothly.

Gain hands-on experience in HR operations, collaborate with Payroll, People Partners and other teams, and contribute to improving HR processes and service delivery in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or related field.
• Prior administrative experience welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding activities and maintain employee records.
• Support lifecycle administration and document updates.
• Assist work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Support offboarding activities and exit processes.
• Provide payroll, leave and benefits administrative support.
• Respond to routine HR queries and collaborate with teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation testing.
• Ensure HR tasks are completed accurately and on time.
