About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organized intern to support our People & Organization team and help with the day-to-day operations of our Singapore office. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR, recruiting, and office management in a collaborative international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the P&O team with HR administrative tasks such as preparing documents, maintaining records, and supporting onboarding and off-boarding processes.
- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants.
- Help organise company events and team activities to support a positive workplace culture.
- Assist with office management tasks such as handling mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining shared office spaces.
- Support basic finance and administrative processes, including organising receipts, invoices, and financial documentation.
- Conduct research and assist with ad-hoc projects across different teams when needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues from different departments and support day-to-day operational tasks.
- Welcome visitors and provide general support to colleagues in the office.
Must Have
- Currently enrolled at a local university and able to work full time for a minimum duration of 5 months.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm while prioritising tasks when under tight timelines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Comfortable researching, organising information, and supporting administrative processes.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, experience with LinkedIn is a plus.
- Some initial experience in office management and/or HR is advantageous but not necessary.
- Eligible to work in Singapore without requiring a student or work visa.
- Preference will be given to students from institutes of higher learning in Singapore e.g. universities or polytechnics.
