Responsibilities

• Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
• Monitor and assist hiring processes and related issues for managers/supervisors.
• Coordinate and conduct applicant drug screens, reference checks, and background checks where applicable.
• Maintain and file new hire and personnel records; enter data into HRIS.
• Support payroll processing in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
