Job summary

Sime Motors NZ in Singapore is seeking a Senior Specialist, People Experience to manage Singapore Payroll, Benefits and HRIS administration. The role partners with the Singapore People Experience team and external payroll vendor to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with statutory requirements.

You will administer medical and other employee benefits, serve as HRIS SME, and contribute to year-end bonus simulations and budget coordination.

Qualifications

• Min Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in processing payroll, administering benefits and HRIS
• Experience in using SAP and Workday would be an added advantage
• Good knowledge in Employment Act, HR applications and statutory requirements
• Good knowledge in advanced MS Excel and IT savvy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing for Singapore on a bi-monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Benefits administration including medical and insurance programs
• HRIS management and analytics reporting; system enhancements and improvements
• Lead year-end increments and bonus simulations and distributions
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors on payroll and benefits matters
• Support HR team with payroll-related enquiries and issues
