Job summary

MetaComp is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Analyst to support and optimize people operations across the organization. This role focuses on managing HR processes, maintaining employee data integrity, supporting reporting and analytics, and driving operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced fintech environment, contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives while enhancing the employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Payroll Operations, HR Analytics, or related HR functions.
• Strong ability to organize, document, and improve HR content like knowledge articles and SOPs.
• Proficiency in Excel, AI tools, and HR systems; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Consolidate FAQs and maintain HR knowledge articles, SOPs, and guidance.
• Support payroll data preparation, leave admin, benefits coordination, and records management.
• Maintain HR trackers; assist audits, compliance, manpower planning, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
• Assist HR systems implementation, automation tools, and onboarding materials.
• Support New Employee Orientation and improve onboarding experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve scalable HR operations.
• Ensure timely handling of HR inquiries and issues.

MetaComp is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Operations Analyst to support and optimize our people operations across the organization. This role will play a critical part in managing HR processes, maintaining employee data integrity, supporting reporting and analytics, and driving operational efficiency across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technology and fintech environment. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations while contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers and changes, visa administration, leave administration, HR data, and documentation management
• Consolidate employee FAQs and maintain and continuously improve HR knowledge articles, SOPs, and internal HR guidance, while supporting the implementation of HR automation initiatives
• Support payroll data preparation, leave administration, benefits coordination, and employee records management
• Maintain HR trackers and support audit, compliance, manpower planning, organizational reporting, and other HR data requirements
• Identify opportunities to establish, streamline, and improve HR operational processes, with a continuous focus on enhancing employee experience
• Support the implementation and optimization of HR systems, automation tools, and process documentation, including SOPs, knowledge articles, and onboarding materials
• Support New Employee Orientation (NEO) and continuously improve the new hire onboarding experience, including orientation coordination, onboarding communications, and system setup tracking
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and build scalable HR operations
• Ensure HR operational inquiries and issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner

Employee Benefits & Engagement

• Coordinate and support the implementation and day-to-day administration of employee benefits, wellness initiatives, and other employee experience programs
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, HR operations, and employee activities, providing timely support throughout the employee lifecycle
• Support internal communications and coordination for employee benefits and activities to improve employee awareness and participation
• Collect employee feedback and continuously identify opportunities to improve the employee experience

HR Project Support

• Participate in and support cross-functional HR initiatives and projects across the employee lifecycle
• Support learning and employee development initiatives, including training coordination, logistics, participation tracking, and feedback collection
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to continuously improve HR programs, policies, processes, and employee services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Payroll Operations, HR Analytics, HR Generalist, or other related HR functions
• Strong ability to organize, document, and continuously improve HR content, including knowledge articles, SOPs, onboarding materials, and internal HR guidance
• Strong proficiency in Excel, AI tools, and HR systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Strong sense of responsibility and a service-oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in supporting employees and continuously improving the employee experience
• Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
• Well-organized, proactive, and thoughtful, with strong execution skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, technology, startup, or other high-growth environments
• Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or HR Operations environment is preferred
• Experience in developing HR SOPs, process documentation, onboarding materials, and HR knowledge articles is a plus
• Experience in building or establishing HR Operations processes and practices from 0 to 1 is highly preferred
