Accenture Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Manager to lead Talent Reinvention engagements with C-suite partners, reimagining work through skills-based models and AI-enabled workforce design.

You will drive strategic workforce planning, analytics, and HR technology integration, guiding proposals, cross‑functional teams, and client relationships to improve productivity, agility, and total workforce cost across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in workforce strategy or talent transformation with leadership experience.
• Fluency in skills-based org design, planning, analytics, or AI-driven workforce change.
• Shaping strategic decisions with C-suite and CHRO stakeholders.
• Strong commercial instincts: pipelines, proposals, and client growth.
• Experience leading geographically distributed cross-functional teams.
• Executive communication and storytelling skills for complex findings.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent & Workforce program engagements covering planning and analytics.
• Advise C-suite and CHROs on replacing job-based models with skills-based insights.
• Apply Talent Navigator and assets to enable planning, mobility, and cost optimization.
• Diagnose why AI investments underperform and design workforce interventions.
• Design roadmaps to improve speed-to-productivity, retention, and cost.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, HR tech, data, and change.
• Drive business development, shaping proposals and client relationships in SEA.
• Develop Talent & Workforce offering with IP and thought leadership.
