Job summary

Pro Bono SG (PBSG) is seeking an HR Executive Officer / Senior Executive Officer to join our Human Resources team in Singapore. This broad-based HR generalist role covers recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, payroll coordination, training, and employee engagement, with opportunities to drive HR projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• EO: 1–2 years of relevant HR experience; relevant internship or entry-level HR experience may be considered.
• SEO: 2–4 years of relevant HR generalist or HR operations experience.
• Experience across recruitment, HR administration, payroll, or employee engagement will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of HR processes, with strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint; HRIS experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance productivity, HR processes, research and analysis, with due regard for confidentiality and data protection.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Good time management, problem-solving and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening, coordinating interviews and candidate communications.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, prepare materials and employment documentation for a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records with confidentiality and proper record-keeping.
• Support administration and implementation of HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Maintain and validate employee data for monthly payroll processing; assist with payroll coordination.
• Support leave, employee benefits and other HR-related matters; assist with HR reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate training administration, including registrations and attendance records.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing and team-building activities; assist with post-event evaluation.
• Assist on HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.
