Job summary

GREEN BUILD (PTE.) LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to update and maintain staff personal records, prepare employment agreements, recruit and orient new staff, and arrange training courses for workers.

You will handle probation and annual performance evaluations, payroll, welfare and payroll issues, WP/SP applications, and record keeping for uniforms, PPE, festival gifts, travel, dormitories, and petty cash claims.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain staff personal records in hard copies and digital files
• Prepare and keep record employment agreement
• Recruitment, orientation of new staffs
• Arrange training courses for workers
• Conduct probationary and annual performance evaluation exercises
• Responsible for payroll
• Coordination with company employees with their personal welfare and payroll issues
• Apply, renewal and cancel WP/SP
• Handling of work injury matters
• Issue of uniform and PPE to staffs and workers
• Issue of Festival gifts and allowance to staffs and workers
• Travel arrangements of staffs
• Dormitory arrangement and upkeep of proper records
• Preparation of petty cash claims
