Job summary

Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a PDI Coordinator to manage pre-delivery inspections for new vehicles. The role requires NTC 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent, a valid Class 3 driving license, and at least 1 year of PDI experience. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• At least NTC 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year relevant PDI experience preferred.
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license.
• Must be able to work overtime when required.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations of Pre Delivery Inspections (PDI).
• Administer, in proper order, all PDI documentations in areas of job cards, invoices, warranty claims, creation of purchase orders and GRNs.
• Assign and monitor PDI work by Technicians.
• Liaise with contractors for the necessary PDI work to be performed.
• Perform quality checks on PDI work by Technicians and contractors.
• Ensure the quality of new cars is at levels meeting customer expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction at delivery.
• Provide administrative and technical support to Sales personnel at the point of delivery.
• Liaise for outstanding PDI work to be performed (if any) after delivery.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
