Job summary

GRIFFIN HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support pre-delivery inspections and delivery processes from our Macpherson office.

You will coordinate scheduling and vehicle handover, manage job cards, invoices, warranty claims, purchase orders and GRN, supervise technicians and contractors, liaise with the sales team, and ensure all vehicles meet delivery standards with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year PDI experience.
• Valid Class 3 driving license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all operations, scheduling, and vehicle handover support.
• Handle all documentation including job cards, invoices, warranty claims, purchase orders and GRN.
• Assign, monitor and quality-check work done by technicians and contractors.
• Liaise with contractors and sales team, follow up on outstanding tasks, and ensure new vehicles meet delivery standards.

Education

NITEC in Automotive Engineering or equivalent certificate
