Job summary

Griffin HR Consultancy PTE. LTD. is seeking a PDI Coordinator to oversee vehicle preparation workflows at our Macpherson location. The role involves coordinating technicians, aligning schedules, and ensuring completion within set timelines.

You will manage related documentation, liaising with sales during deliveries and tracking outstanding PDI tasks to ensure timely completion. A Class 3 driving license is mandatory and prior PDI experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of PDI experience.
• Valid Class 3 driving license is compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee (PDI) operations and schedules to ensure timely completion of vehicle preparation.
• Assign and monitor work performed by technicians and contractors, ensuring standards are met.
• Manage PDI-related documentation, including job cards, invoices, warranty claims, POs, and GRs.
• Collaborate with the sales team during deliveries and follow up on outstanding PDI work.

Salary: Up to $2800+AWS

Location: Macpherson MRT

Working Days: Mon to Fri (8am -530pm),Alt Sat (8am - 12pm)

Key Duties:

• Oversee (PDI) operations and schedules to ensure timely completion of vehicle preparation.
• Assign and monitor work performed by technicians and contractors, ensuring work is completed according to required standards.
• Manage PDI-related documentation, including job cards, invoices, warranty claims, purchase orders, and goods received records.
• Work closely with the sales team during vehicle deliveries and follow up on outstanding PDI work to ensure timely completion.

Key Requirements:

• Min. 1 year relevant PDI experience preferred.
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license is compulsory.
