Job summary

Cycle & Carriage Industries Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Executive-Technical for our New Car Logistics team to manage day-to-day PDI operations and ensure quality before customer delivery.

You will oversee inspections, diagnose faults, guide technicians, and lead the team to meet delivery milestones, while applying warranty and safety standards.

Diploma in Automotive Technology, 5 years' automotive ops experience, and a Class 3 license are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Automotive Technology or related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant automotive operations experience.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Strong leadership and ability to lead a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with initiative and a positive attitude toward learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-delivery inspections in accordance with manufacturer’s checklist prior to customer delivery.
• Familiar with automotive accessories installation and PDI processes.
• Systematic, professional and complex diagnosis of the vehicle using diagnostic tools and facilities.
• Determine cause of the fault and its rectification.
• Provide guidance to Technicians and lead the team to meet delivery timelines for new vehicles.
• Provide technical advice and information regarding product-specific problems.
• Oversee final control checks to ensure satisfactory completion of jobs.
• Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor as required.
