Job summary

GRIFFIN HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Vehicle Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations, scheduling and vehicle handovers at Macpherson. You will oversee documentation and oversee technicians and contractors to ensure delivery standards for new vehicles.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of PDI experience, a NITEC in Automotive Technician, and a valid Class 3 driving license. Salary: SGD up to 3,000 + AWS, 5.25 days, office hours.

Qualifications

• PDI experience required or equivalent
• Strong coordination and documentation skills needed
• Ability to liaise with multiple teams to ensure quality

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations, scheduling and vehicle handover.
• Handle documentation and assign, monitor and check work completed by technicians and contractors.
• Liaise with internal teams and ensure new vehicles meet the required delivery standards.
