Job summary
Volt Auto Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a hands-on PDI Supervisor to lead Pre-Delivery Inspection of new EVs, ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, and drive delivery readiness.
You will plan daily PDI work, supervise technicians, conduct system diagnostics, EV checks, and verify software updates and accessories are correctly installed.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on automotive workshop experience, with PDI/inspections and some supervisory exposure.
- Knowledge of vehicle inspection standards and quality control processes is essential.
- Ability to maintain accurate inspection and service records and to coordinate with multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and assign daily PDI work to technicians and staff.
- Ensure all vehicles undergo the required PDI inspection before delivery.
- Conduct and supervise vehicle inspections including system diagnostics, EV/charging checks, and road tests.
- Ensure vehicle software and system updates are completed where applicable.
- Verify accessories and customer-requested items are correctly installed.
- Maintain a defect tracking record and coordinate rectifications with relevant teams.
- Ensure high presentation and delivery quality before handover.
