Job summary

CERTIS TECH-OPS AND SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a payroll professional to manage weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness in Singapore.

You will ensure statutory submissions (IR21, IR8A) and tax filings are completed, process government claims, and support audit activities while addressing queries from staff, HR and Finance. The role requires a diploma in HR or related field, 2–3 years of experience, and knowledge of Singapore Employment Act.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in HR Management or Business related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and statutory submissions such as IR21 and IR8A.
• Able to meet deadlines; meticulous and accurate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SAP Payroll will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll timely and accurately.
• Update monthly or adhoc payments and deductions into payroll system.
• Submit statutory submissions and payments and annual tax filing for the company such as IR21 and IR8A.
• Process government claims, e.g. NS reservist claims.
• Handle payroll audit and liaison with internal and external auditors.
• Manage queries from employees, Business HR and Finance.
• Assist in user acceptance testing for system fix/ enhancement.
