Job summary

PwC Singapore is looking for an Associate to join our HR/payroll team. You will coordinate with clients and payroll vendors to ensure timely salary payments and accurate statutory reporting to IRAS.

You will manage confidential payroll data, support process improvements, and collaborate with a team to deliver compliant payroll services in Singapore. 1-3 years’ payroll experience and knowledge of local legislation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of solid working experience in a payroll environment.
• Candidates from outsourced payroll environments will be advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and proven experience in the usage of payroll software.
• Able to multi-task, prioritise and handle confidential information.
• Able to work well in a team with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and work with internal/external clients and payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Ensure Returns on Employees Remuneration and other statutory reports are filed with IRAS within timelines.
• Provide advice on complex payroll cases while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Assist in business process improvements for greater efficiency.
