Job summary

Ascentium Singapore seeks an experienced payroll professional to manage payroll operations for a portfolio of outsourced clients. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and statutory compliance across Singapore regulations.

You will support onboarding, payroll transitions, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced service delivery environment, while collaborating with stakeholders and guiding junior team members where needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant payroll experience, ideally in a multi-client or outsourced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
• Experience handling payroll queries, client relationships, and service delivery timelines.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work accurately under deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Able to commit for 6–9 months.
