Qualificações

This role is responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, client support, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced service delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of outsourced payroll clients.
• Serve as a key contact for payroll queries, issue resolution, and client support.
• Ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements, submission deadlines, and documentation standards.
• Support new client onboarding, payroll transitions, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide guidance to junior team members where required.

Job requirements

• At least 2 to 4 years of relevant payroll experience, ideally in a multi-client or outsourced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
• Experience handling payroll queries, client relationships, and service delivery timelines.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work accurately under deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
