Job summary

Re Sustainability International (Singapore) is seeking a Payroll Executive to manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time. You will generate and prepare payroll reports and handle statutory submissions such as MOM surveys, coordinating closely with the Payroll Manager.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in HR Management or equivalent, with hands-on experience in payroll processing for large headcounts and familiarity with HRM systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR Management or equivalent is required.
• Experience in managing payroll processing of up to 800 headcounts or more is preferred.
• Familiarity with HRM systems to process payroll and MOM guidelines.

Key Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Experience in managing payroll processing of up to 800 headcounts or more.
• Familiar and experience in using HRM systems to process payroll.
• Proficient with MOM or CPF statutory guidelines
• Proficient in using MS Office application (in particular using MS Excel to generate monthly reports).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management skills, able to perform under pressure and able multi-task
• Good team player and able to communicate effectively with relevant internal or external stakeholders.
• Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for Senior Executive position.
