Job summary

PICO GUARDS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to oversee end-to-end payroll for our security guard workforce. You will ensure timely salary disbursement and maintain accurate employee data.

You will ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, CPF contributions, and tax regulations, while collaborating with HR and Finance to streamline processes and enhance payroll reporting using Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of payroll management experience.
• At least 2 years of advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations and statutory compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore's employment laws, CPF contributions, and tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll processes.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
• Continuously improve payroll systems and reporting efficiency using Excel.
