Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking a Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll for outsourced, contract and temporary staff deployed to clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients on payroll matters while supporting process improvements and payroll system optimisation.

The company values accuracy and compliance with Singapore regulations, and you will handle payslips, reports, and employee records, ensuring timely processing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR/Business/Accounting/Finance.
• 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations (CPF, IRAS, Employment Act).
• Experience with payroll systems such as QuickHR, Info-Tech, Timesoft, Workday or SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3 payroll runs per month for about 150 headcount.
• Process payroll, including timesheets, attendance, overtime, allowances, commissions, deductions and reimbursements.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with CPF, IRAS and Employment Act requirements.
• Generate payslips, payroll reports and maintain accurate employee records.
• Handle payroll enquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams on payroll, timesheets and salary-related matters.
• Support payroll cost reconciliation and client billing activities.
• Support QuickHR implementation and optimisation, including system testing, UAT and data validation.
• Participate in payroll projects and process improvement initiatives, including automation and workflow enhancements.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
