The role also covers post-pay Payroll follow-up and supporting the annual manpower budgeting exercise.

You will lead the monthly payroll operations, verify payment accuracy, review all payroll processes, handle reconciliations and cost centre charging,

Qualifications

• Degree in human resource management or equivalent is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with payroll processes preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the outsourced payroll team in monthly payroll operations and verify sample payments for accuracy.
• Manage and review all payroll processes.
• Handle payroll matters including reconciliation, cost centre charging and staff cost recovery.
• Generate payroll reports for monthly reporting, audits, insurance, surveys, and policy reviews.
• Prepare budget assumptions and templates for the annual manpower budget exercise.
• Analyze budget variances and forecast manpower budget utilisation.
