Job summary

SDC-SLM Sentosa Leisure Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a payroll professional to oversee the outsourced payroll team and ensure timely, accurate compensation for all employees.

The role includes post-payroll follow-up and supporting the annual manpower budgeting exercise. You will manage monthly payroll operations, verify payment accuracy, and generate reports for audits, surveys, and policy reviews. A degree in HR management with 5+ years of experience is preferred; familiarity with Workday

Qualifications

• Degree in human resource management or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in handling payroll on Workday and Prosoft has advantage.
• Analytical, meticulous and numerical; highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• This is a 2 year contract position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the outsource payroll team in monthly payroll operations, including sampling to verify payment accuracy.
• Manage and review all payroll processes.
• Handle all payroll matters, e.g. reconciliation, cost centre charging, staff cost recovery, etc.
• Generate payroll reports for monthly reporting, audits, insurance, surveys, policy reviews, etc.
• Prepare budget assumptions and templates for the annual manpower budget exercise.
• Analyse budget variances and forecast manpower budget utilisation.
