Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a payroll administrator to manage the full payroll cycle for 300–500 employees. You will ensure accurate processing, timely payslips, and compliance with local regulations.

You will handle monthly payroll, statutory deductions, CPF, and tax reporting, while supporting HR initiatives and resolving employee inquiries. This is a 1-year contract with potential renewal based on performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• Experience in a fast-paced payroll environment with high volumes.
• Proficient in Excel including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Meticulous, organized and numerically accurate.
• Team player able to work independently when required.
• Willing to overtime during peak payroll periods.

Responsibilities

• Own the full spectrum of payroll administration for 300–500 employees.
• Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowances, and leaves.
• Submit NS Make‑Up Pay, GPML, and Childcare Leave claims.
• Prepare overpayment letters and manage payroll recoveries.
• Generate monthly payroll journals, reports and cost allocations.
• Distribute electronic payslips to employees.
• Handle tax clearance submissions, CPF contributions and tax reporting.
• Support HR/payroll projects and respond to employee queries.
• Ensure compliance with policies and statutory regulations.
