Job summary

Sentosa Leisure Management is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee the full spectrum of payroll administration managed by the outsourced payroll team. The role ensures timely and accurate compensation and supports post-payroll follow-up after each pay run, as well as the organisation's manpower budgeting.

You will lead monthly payroll operations, verify payment accuracy, manage processes, generate reports, and assist with annual budgeting and variance analysis. A 2-year contract is offered.

Qualifications

• Ideally you should hold a degree in HR management or equivalent with at least 5 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with Workday and Prosoft is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, meticulous and numerical skills with excellent Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced payroll team in monthly payroll operations, including sampling to verify payment accuracy.
• Manage and review all payroll processes.
• Handle payroll matters such as reconciliation, cost centre charging, and staff cost recovery.
• Generate various payroll reports for monthly reporting, audits, surveys, and policy reviews.
• Prepare budget assumptions and templates for the annual manpower budget exercise.
• Analyse budget variances and forecast manpower budget utilisation.
