Job summary

Sentosa Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee the outsourced payroll operations in Singapore. You will ensure timely, accurate compensation and perform post-payroll follow-ups, supporting the annual manpower budgeting process.

You will lead a payroll team, verify payment accuracy, manage reconciliation, cost centre charging, and staff cost recovery, and generate reports for audits, surveys, and policy reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or equivalent with 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience with Workday and Prosoft is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, numerical and meticulous work style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced payroll team in monthly payroll operations.
• Verify payment accuracy via sampling and ensure timely compensation.
• Review all payroll processes and handle reconciliation and cost centre charging.
• Generate payroll reports for monthly reporting, audits, and surveys.
• Prepare budget assumptions and templates for annual manpower budget.
• Analyze variances and forecast manpower budget utilisation.
