Job summary

sggovterp is seeking an experienced payroll specialist to oversee the outsourced payroll team's end-to-end operations and ensure timely compensation.

You will support post-payroll activities, and assist with the annual manpower budgeting exercise, including forecast and variance analysis. A degree in HR and 5+ years payroll experience are required, with Workday and Prosoft experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR management or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with payroll on Workday and Prosoft is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and numerical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced payroll team to ensure timely, accurate compensation.
• Manage and review all payroll processes.
• Handle reconciliation, cost centre charging, and staff cost recovery.
• Generate payroll reports for monthly reporting, audits, and surveys.
• Prepare budget assumptions and templates for the manpower budget.
• Analyse budget variances and forecast manpower budget utilisation.
