Job summary

Worldwide Hotels (WWH) in Singapore is seeking a payroll professional to manage payroll for about 300 employees, coordinate tax clearance, and handle annual reporting to authorities.

You will work with HR on employee-related claims, leverage AI productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to boost efficiency, and contribute to sustainability initiatives within the group.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years payroll experience with work pass exposure.
• Diploma/Certificate/GCE 'O' level in business related discipline.
• Fluent in more than one language.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with a can-do attitude.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Experience with AI-powered productivity tools (Copilot, ChatGPT or similar) is a plus.

Job Description

• Perform all payroll related functions for approximately 300 headcount
• Perform tax clearance and yearly reporting to authority
• Submission of pro-family claims and any related authorities' salary claim (e.g NS reservist pay; childcare; paternity and maternity claims; FWL etc)
• Work with HR team in employee related claims (e.g Work Injury and H&S claim)
• Leverage AI-powered productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot & ChatGPT) to enhance operational efficiency, reporting, and communication
• Support the company's sustainability initiatives and contribute to its efforts in building a more sustainable and inclusive organisation.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 2 years of payroll and related experience with work pass exposure
• Diploma/Certificate/GCE "O" level in business related discipline
• Confident to communicate and interact with all levels fluently in more than one language
• Ability to work under tight timelines and possess a positive mindset with a "can do" attitude
