Job summary

A prominent HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage payroll and HRIS operations across three entities. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of HR operations experience, particularly in payroll, and must possess strong communication skills. Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll legislation is essential. This role supports a collaborative team environment and offers opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in HR or related.
  • Around 3 - 5 years’ experience in HR Operations especially payroll function.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll computations, MOM and CPF legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Complete employee data input timely and accurately.
  • Submit monthly CPF report.
  • Update employee database system.
  • Assist payroll Executive to generate payroll report.
