Job summary

AcePLP is seeking a highly motivated HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll and HR administration in Singapore. You will ensure timely salary disbursements, attendance tracking, and compliance with CPF, IRAS, and Employment Act requirements.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and discretion in handling confidential information while delivering excellent support to employees on payroll matters.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll or HR administration experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, CPF, IRAS requirements, and the Employment Act.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end payroll processing and ensuring timely salary disbursements.
• Administer attendance and record leaves of absence for all staff.
• Compute and administer the disbursement of final salary payments, salary adjustments, bonuses, incentives, and reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll and employee benefits.
• Addressing payroll-related queries from employees and coordinating with relevant departments as required.
• Prepare and submit CPF, IR8A, IR21, SDL, SHG contributions, and other statutory requirements.
