Job summary

International SOS in Singapore is offering an internship-like role supporting the People Services team with payroll-related operational activities and data accuracy improvements.

You'll apply critical analysis to payroll processes, assist in data validation, and collaborate across departments to gather information. The role involves dashboard/automation opportunities and stakeholder coordination for project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
• Advanced in designing tools for internal communications (Canva, Adobe design solutions, etc).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
• Validate and verify payroll data for accuracy and compliance using Excel where required.
• Assist in maintaining payroll records and documentation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.
• Support the payroll team with administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather payroll information.
• Draft internal communications for site-related HR updates.
• Track actions from People Services meetings and record minutes.
• Embark on a payroll/operations process improvement project with stakeholder coordination.
