Job summary

Corporation Service Company in Singapore is seeking a payroll assistant trainee to support the payroll team in administering duties and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will verify and process for all employees, ensuring payments align with guidelines, and participate in ad hoc projects. This temporary role runs mid/September for 3-4 months, ideal for diploma holders with strong Excel skills and a meticulous, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Have a good sense in numbers, expert in using Excel.
• Positive/good learning attitude.
• Meticulous and self-motivated individual.
• Team player and able to multi-task.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the payroll team in administering payroll duties.
• Verifying and processing for all employees ensuring legislative compliance.
• Ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Other ad hoc projects/duties.
