Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a payroll professional to join our eServ team in Singapore. You will process end-to-end payroll across multiple cycles for 500+ staff, ensuring accurate data transfer from HRIS to the Payroll System and timely salary disbursements.

The role requires a Diploma and at least 3 years of payroll or claims processing experience, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail. You will collaborate with HR and finance to resolve discrepancies and support audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of end-to-end payroll experience.
• Proven ability to ensure data accuracy and timely payroll processing.
• Intermediate Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll across multiple cycles for 500+ staff.
• Ensure accurate data transfer from HRIS to the Payroll System and validate bank details.
• Identify and report discrepancies, and suggest system enhancements.
• Audit payroll files and support annual and ad-hoc audits.
• Communicate with HR and employees to resolve payroll inquiries professionally.
