Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Payroll Assistant to join our HR team in Jurong East. You will handle payroll-related tasks, maintain records, and support onboarding and training coordination.

Working hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with duties including HR document preparation, data entry, IRAS submissions, and general HR administration to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. A keen eye for details and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Have payroll related working experience

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll administrative support to the HR department.
• Prepare HR documents, including employment, confirmation, and other HR-related letters.
• Coordinate and register employees for internal and external training.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and perform HR data entry.
• Handle onboarding documentation for new employees.
• Assist with IRAS submissions and other HR administrative duties.
• Support ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team.
