Job summary

Sincere Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. You will handle CPF, EPF, SDL, tax reporting, and statutory obligations while maintaining meticulous payroll records.

The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on payroll experience in both countries, with strong Excel and payroll software skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on payroll experience in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Strong knowledge of CPF, SDL, EPF, SOCSO, PCB/MTD and related acts.
• Experience with HR/payroll software and Excel.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Confidential payroll data handling.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end monthly payroll for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile transactions.
• Handle payroll adjustments for hires, resignations, changes.
• Prepare monthly payroll summaries and reports.
• Respond to employee enquiries on salaries and taxes.
• Assist audits and ensure compliance.
