Job summary

ROYAL FOOD SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an attentive HR professional to manage payroll, attendance verification and work pass administration in Singapore. You will handle recruitment activities, prepare employment documents and maintain confidential records.

The role requires a Diploma in HR or related field, at least 2 years of HR experience, and strong MS Office skills. Familiarity with Timesoft HR system is an advantage. Work independence and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Hands-on payroll processing and work pass administration.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act, CPF and MOM regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing using Timesoft HR system.
• Verify attendance, hours, overtime, allowances and deductions.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and MOM matters.
• Monitor foreign worker quotas and levy payments.
• Attend to payroll-related employee enquiries.
• Handle recruitment activities including postings and screening.
• Prepare LOA, contracts and HR documents.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
• Perform other HR admin duties as assigned.
