NSL OILCHEM WASTE MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage monthly payroll, attendance records, and statutory submissions in Singapore.

You will ensure accuracy, compliance with Employment Act and CPF rules, and support internal audit with payroll documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in HRM/Business/Accounting, has at least 4 years of hands-on Singapore payroll experience, and is proficient with Unit4 Prosoft HRMS/Payroll and advanced

Formación

• Four years of hands-on Singapore payroll and attendance/time-tracking experience.
• Solid understanding of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and IRAS tax guidelines.
• Proficient in Unit4 Prosoft HRMS/Payroll and MS Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process monthly payroll accurately in Singapore.
• Verify time and attendance records and leave balances.
• Maintain and update employee records and compensation profiles.
• Handle final settlements and off-boarding salary prorations.
• Reconcile payroll with Finance and prepare payroll journals.
• Respond to payroll-related queries from employees.
• Manage AIS/IRAS tax submissions and government surveys.
• Support audits with payroll documentation.
