Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory changes, and audit readiness.

You will validate results, interpret pay policies, review adjustments, fix gaps through standardisation, and lead projects including system testing for upgrades and legislative updates. This role requires attention to detail and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Validate payroll results across all countries in scope using reports and macros.
• Interpret pay policies (overtime, holiday work, deductions, withholding exemptions) and stay current with statutory changes to keep payroll accurate and compliant
• Review manual checks and pay adjustments; maintain payroll systems so time, earnings, benefits, taxes and garnishments are computed correctly
• Find process gaps and fix them through standardisation and risk controls; document processes with process maps, procedures and training manuals
• Lead payroll projects and change requests, including system testing for upgrades and legislative updates; support internal and external audits with root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions
