Job summary

PLATFORM&CO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a 6-month contract to join our Singapore team. The role focuses on end-to-end monthly payroll for local employees, data accuracy, and coordinating with external payroll providers.

You will work with HR, Finance, and People teams, handle statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS), respond to payroll queries, and support audits. Immediate start is required, and the role demands strong attention to detail and discretion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of payroll administration experience, preferably covering Singapore payroll.
• Familiarity with CPF and IRAS requirements.
• Experience with payroll systems and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end monthly payroll administration for Singapore employees.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain payroll data, including new hires, resignations, salary changes, allowances, deductions, overtime, and leave-related adjustments.
• Coordinate with external payroll vendors and internal HR, Finance, and People teams to ensure timely payroll processing.
• Review payroll reports and conduct reconciliation checks to identify discrepancies before payroll submission.
• Ensure payroll records and employee data are maintained accurately and securely.
• Assist with statutory payroll-related submissions and compliance requirements, including CPF, IRAS, and other applicable Singapore requirements.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and provide timely clarification on salary, benefits, deductions, and payslips.
• Support payroll audits, reporting, and documentation as required.
• Assist with process improvements and other HR operations activities when needed.
