Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a 1 year contract (renewable/convertible to permanent based on performance). Located in Tampines north, the role offers a working schedule of 8.30am to 6pm with one day WFH.

You will manage payroll for 300–500 employees, including overtime, allowances, and statutory deductions, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail and collaboration with HR and Finance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or related discipline.
• Comfortable in a high-volume payroll environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for 300–500 employees, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.
• Submit statutory claims (GPML, NS Make-Up Pay) as required.
• Prepare payroll journals, reports, and cost allocations for Finance.
• Generate electronic payslips and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with policies and statutory regulations.
