RADHA EXPORTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a payroll professional to ensure on-time bi-weekly and monthly payrolls. You will obtain and verify bank details, handle employee payroll queries, and review leaves, new hires, resignations, and salary adjustments with bonuses.

The role includes payroll reconciliation to the General Ledger, preparing month-end reports, and coordinating with payroll vendors for system support. A fast-paced environment and 5.5-day week are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Process bi-weekly or monthly employee payroll payments on time
• Obtain and verify deposit banking information from employees
• Handle employee payroll queries
• Review accuracy of leave, new hires, resignations, salary adjustments and increments & bonuses from HR
• Perform payroll reconciliation to the General Ledger at month end
• Prepare month end reports and submit to authorities and management
• Liaise with payroll vendors on system support and processing matters
• Oversee the end-to-end payroll process and update when necessary
• Involve with system enhancement projects
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely submissions of claims, overtime, CPF, income tax clearance and IR21

Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly or monthly employee payroll payments on time
• Obtain and verify deposit banking information from employees
• Handle employee payroll queries
• To responsible for reviewing the accuracy of leave, new hires & resignation, salary adjustment and increment & bonus records from HR
• Perform payroll reconciliation to the General Ledger at month end
• Prepare month end reports and submit to the relevant authorities and management
• Liaise with payroll vendors on system support and processing matters
• Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, and update or revise when necessary
• Involve with system enhancement projects.
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely and accurate submissions of claims, overtime payment, CPF, clearance of Income tax, IR21 for respective statutory filing within the stipulated deadlines
• Preform ad hoc duties assigned by the Management
