USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD in Singapore seeks a technically adept professional to support payment and securities settlement systems, focusing on integration, testing and production operations.

You will collaborate with project managers, external suppliers and internal teams to set up environments, develop test cases, migrate data and implement DevSecOps pipelines, ensuring reliability and compliance across critical financial applications.

Qualifications

Experience in payment and securities settlement systems is preferred.
Understanding of financial instruments and securities-related applications.
Experience supporting production applications and resolving operational issues.
Experience with system migrations, testing and cutover processes.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Provide technical domain knowledge during implementation.
Assist with setting up application environments and supporting external suppliers.
Assist Project Manager with technical clarifications and stakeholder updates.
Support documentation of technical and data flows for system interfaces.
Assist in setup and testing of connectivity to interfaces.
Assist in coordinating DevSecOps pipelines and workflows.
Create technical test cases and perform testing activities.
Assist with compliance reporting and updates.
Support data migration and system cutover activities.
Support decommissioning of legacy system.
