Job summary

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a technically skilled specialist to support payment and securities settlement systems.

You will drive implementation knowledge, aid environments setup, and coordinate DevSecOps activities across multiple teams. Strong debugging, documentation, and production support capabilities are essential, with a focus on financial markets. The role requires 5+ years in relevant domains and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience supporting and/or implementing payment and securities settlement systems.
• Experience with securities-related applications and financial instruments is advantageous.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications and operational/production issues.
• Understanding of system interfaces and dependencies with internal and external systems.
• Financial-sector experience is strongly relevant to the role.
• Proficiency in Java and/or .NET development, SQL, and database stewardship.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and architecture, plus CI/CD and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical domain knowledge of the application logic during implementation.
• Assist with technical setup of application environments and support external suppliers.
• Assist the Project Manager with technical clarifications and stakeholder updates.
• Support documentation of technical and data flows related to system interfaces.
• Assist in setup and testing of connectivity to required system interfaces.
• Assist in coordinating DevSecOps pipelines and workflows.
• Create technical test cases and perform testing activities.
• Assist with compliance reporting and related updates.
• Support data migration and system cutover activities.
• Assist in decommissioning the legacy system.
