Job summary

Unison Group is seeking an experienced Payments Business Analyst in Singapore to own end-to-end technical delivery, system design, implementation, and maintenance for retail and corporate banking domains. You will build scalable solutions, configure deployment pipelines, and ensure robust performance and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in banking tech, strong SDLC practice, and hands-on experience with modern enterprise tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5+ years of professional software engineering and technical delivery experience within the banking or financial services sector.
Strong proficiency with modern frameworks, tools, and enterprise technologies.
Proven background in enterprise solution delivery, system configuration, and SDLC best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy robust enterprise systems for banking clients.
Lead architecture planning and performance optimization across domains.
Collaborate with software engineers, data architects, QA, and stakeholders.
Configure, monitor, and maintain high-availability environments and pipelines.
Conduct unit/integration testing and automated test execution to ensure quality.
Troubleshoot defects, bottlenecks, and production issues.
Maintain architecture blueprints, API specs, and runbooks.
Adhere to coding standards, data privacy, and regulatory guidelines in Singapore.
Participate in agile ceremonies and architectural reviews.
Coordinate roadmaps with cross-functional delivery squads.
